* Mystic Astro Readings:
Our Mystic Astro Readings are a personalized session of approximately 30 to 45 minutes. These readings are conducted call or chat as per the customer’s preference. The purpose of the reading is to explain and interpret the data contained in the astrological report based on the individual’s birth chart or other relevant astrological data provided.

The reading will be an interpretation of astrological information and should not be construed as professional advice, including but not limited to legal, medical, or financial advice. The Mystic Astro Reading is an informative and insightful session that reflects the astrologer’s analysis of your birth data.

* Reports and Consultations:
After booking a session, a detailed astrological report will be generated based on the data provided by you. The report will be explained in-depth during the session. We may also provide additional insights and recommendations based on the session.

3. Payment and Pricing

* All payments for services are due at the time of booking and can be made via our website.
* Prices for Mystic Astro Readings and other services are clearly displayed on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice, but any changes will not affect existing bookings.
* Payments are non-refundable once a session has been booked, except in certain circumstances, which will be determined at our discretion.

4. Booking and Cancellations

* You can book a Mystic Astro Reading or other services through our website or by contacting our customer service.
* Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session may be eligible for a “Partial” refund of the Mystic Astro Reading, however the Report will still be emailed to the client but no Mystic Astro Reading via call will be delivered. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be refunded.
* If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a “no-show” and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

5. Confidentiality

* Your personal and birth data is important to us. We will maintain the confidentiality of any information you provide during your Mystic Astro Reading session and will not share it with third parties unless required by law.
* While we take reasonable precautions to protect your privacy, please be aware that no method of communication over the internet can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee complete security of the information you share.

* Shreem Brzee Astro Lab provides Mystic Astro Readings and astrological reports for entertainment and informational purposes only. The information provided during the reading is based on astrological interpretations and is not intended as professional advice.
