  • Non-Returnable: All astrology readings, consultations, and personalized services are final and non-refundable.

📦 Physical Products

  • Return Window: You may return physical products within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • Condition for Return: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at shreemastrolab@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refund Method: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
